This Italian designed, British 6-cylinder classic has been stored (covered) for 19 years in a spot where it was driven to. The convertible TR6 was my wife's daily driver and it was very dependable and sporty. The car is rust-free and box-stock except for a Monza quad-tip exhaust system. The engine needs a piston and ring set ( with an over-bore. We have owned the car since 1982 and it is a California car. (new top in the trunk) Since the car has been undriven and parked for 19 years, the fuel system and hydraulics need flushing and re-hab. The paint is dull but without chips or scratches and all decals and pinstriping is correct. The interior and wooden dash are in good condition with good carpet and upholstery.Rust-free and unmolested TR6's are becoming rare and coveted...especailly the '73 (no ugly rubber bumpers and no smog equipment). Take it to a good home.
