Running T160 restoration project up for auction. This is a running bike, and it does have a clear title. You can see a video of the bike starting and running below this description. The frame and motor numbers are matching. This was last safety inspected in 1985, so it has probably been sitting a long while. There are no additional parts for this motorcycle; the auction is for the bike only. There is obvious crash damage to the turn signals, head light, bent foot pegs, and smashed in header pipes. The inside of the gas tank is nice. There is one small dent in the rear of the tank. One of the axle caps is cracked. The fork tubes are longer than the stock length, but the frame has not been chopped or modified.. All this damage is displayed in the photographs below. We cleaned the carburetors, drained the sump, and cleaned and adjusted the points. It is obnoxious without the mufflers, but it starts right up and runs well. I think the mileage indicated (7488) is correct. Somebody crashed and parked this motorcycle. It is a good candidate to restore. The electric starter is not currently working, however it is still intact and installed on the motor. This bike also has the factory air box, and heat shield for the starter motor. These are hard to obtain items for the T160. What you see is what you get, it is a running project.
