Up for auction is my 2002 Chevy Suburban. **********PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING********** I was the 2nd owner of this Suburban (female driven), I have owned it approximately 4 years. It had nearly 70k when I bought it, it has about 170k on it now. We are a military family and have driven it coast to coast so that is where the mileage is from. It spent most of its time in Camp Pendleton, Ca. It has been a great family vehicle and is ready for new owners. It does have the Cali emissions. I will list what I know to the fullest extent: ***THE GOOD***- It is the LT 2wd but is higher sitting than 4wd with a 20 inch tire/wheels. It runs great, just took 2 cross country trips, no issues at all. A/C is new and ICE cold. Heat works great. It has heated seats, power/lumbar seats, and a drop down tv/vcr/dvd player/screen. Vehicle has little to no rust on the undercarriage. It has a new battery, new alternator and new a/c. It has aftermarket grill, wheels, door handles and rear tail lights. It came this way when we purchased it. It has the third removable row and leather interior. I have kept up (with records) oil changes every 3k miles. It was just serviced again yesterday, with a trans flush, new fluids, tuneup, oil change, new air filter etc. The not so good: It has paint peeling/oxidation on the hood (will add pictures) needs a new inside light dimmer switch (works when flipped on, just doesnt dim) and the ABS pump fuse is out. It has the pump, which works, but the fuse was taken out when it kept running (this was about 3 years ago and brakes work fine without). Occasionally when it idles it intermittently idles low (just when its cold) and then back to normal (been this way the entire time I have owned it). It has never overheated, the tranny is in great shape. I cannot think of anything else wrong. It really runs well, has never once broken down. The check engine light is not on at the moment, but comes on intermittenly, due to O2 senser (because of Cal. emissions) There are cosmetic flaws on the exterior, scratches, small dents, nothing big. It needs new tires sometime soon, and probably brakes, but they are ok for now. *****CARFAX***** Shows 4 owners. There was only 2. We are military and had it titled in Cali when we bought it, again in Atlanta, Ga in 2010 and again when we moved to Michigan. Also, the accident it refers to was a broken windshield. A county vehicle had a stop sign that flew out of the back of their vehicle and hit my windshield and shattered it. It was replaced at county expense. I have the vehicle incident report and pictures from the incident. There was NO vehicle front impact. This vehicle has never been in an accident with another vehicle. I will add more pictures later today. I will take this to a local (Detroit) transit company if being shipped provided verified funds have cleared. Otherwise, a paypal deposit of 200.00 (non-refundable) and the rest is cash on pickup. No reserve, sell to highest bidder. Locally for sale, so I reserve the right to end the auction early. Vehicle is sold as is, where is, no warranty expressed, written or implied. You are responsible for trip tags. You will receive a clear title, with a bill of sale. Vehicle plates will remain with seller.
