1957 chevy 2 dr altered wheelbase gasser project.No motor or trans. This is a solid texas car.The rear suspension has been moved foward 9".The front straight axle has been moved foward 4".It has an early 60's big pontiac rearend w/5.13 gears.Also has 5ft ladder bars.Needs brakes and drums and new leaf springs.The front suspension is an all new nickey style front stub kit that has been done professionally.Only thing missing are the calipers. The front floorpans have been tacked in but need finishing. The firewall is also new and set for a big block chevy.Have the rear bumper(good shape) most of the trim...taillights etc. No windshield or front seat.The rest of glass is still in it. Very solid car...only hole is in the tailgate on the inside...a few pin holes on outside of gate.I have a set of BBC fenderwell headers that go with car. Was set up for BBC/4spd. Needs all brakes and lines and wiring. Would not take much to get on the road or the track. No time or space is the only reason for sale.
