Produced only in 2003 The Vector was the top of the line, limited production Saab 9-3 Finished in a beautiful Laser red color this car stands out! The body looks perfect with two imperceptible quarter sized dimples on the passenger door the only damage. (Very easily repairable by the paintless dent repair guy, but he is so backed up around here). Even the front spoiler looks great with a few minor chips on the front edge. The two tone leather interior (unique to the Vector) looks superb for its age. The leather is in very nice shape. The drivers side bolster looks hardly worn (where most of these cars end up with a hole or torn). All the power options work. This car is loaded to the max with more options and gadgets that I can remember to list. All the power options work: windows,locks,seats ,mirrors etc. The dual climate controls work with good heat and AC. It has heated seats. Mechanically the car is in great shape. The turbo engine runs strong with plenty of power. The engine has a nice smooth torque curve and really moves. The 6 speed transmission shifts great and the clutch is good. The car has new brake pads and rotors front and rear with 4 new Z-rated tires with less than 100 miles on them. The oil was just changed with 0W40 Mobil one (the only way to go on these turbo cars). It has been gone over mechanically and is ready to drive home today. The car has a few minor character issues like any used car. The center ashtray does not stay latched closed. The passenger seat sensor is pretty sensitive, if you put something on the seat, it lights up to latch the passenger belt. I just keep it latched. Very minor issues.
