Up for auction here is a rust-free project car that has a good start. A '56 Desoto Fireflite Sportsman that has been completely disassembled, and some resto work started. It is not a complete car, however...there is no engine or tranny, or exterior trim* The body has been taken off the frame and has new front floor pans welded in. The entire body has been sprayed in primer (not the hood though- still original white) It is super straight! Left rear lower fender needs sanded, but the rest of the car is in great shape. Inner fenders have had new rubber installed, too. This is what's included with the body: -all glass including a nice windshield -new rubber weather stripping for doors, trunk, & windshield -*All the stainless trim for windshield and rear glass -radiator with fan shroud -front & rear seats - nice shape! -front seat is power, with motor & frame & switch. -complete heater unit -both bumpers with brackets (rear missing bumper guards) -3 interior door panels . wood -3 large crates filled with misc. parts: hinges, roof bows, heater parts, dash panels (no instruments) all the window regulators/hardware, wiring harness, cowl vent, heater parts, misc trim, courtesy lights, etc. -driveshaft -splash pan painted black (like new) -I have a bill of sale, the VIN tag & fender tag, but no title. Shipping arrangements are up to buyer; I will tow car to pick-up place 3 miles from my house, and assist in process. Car rolls freely. N O R E S E R V E !!!!!!!!!
