Vehicle Detail

1979 Camaro Z28 – Nearly New Offered for sale is a 1979 Z28 Camaro that is in near new condition. Included is a load of documentation including the original window sticker, factory build sheet, copy of the original title, original delivery paperwork, original owner’s manual, dealer brochures and more. The car is in terrific condition with 24,0xx miles. It is nearly original. It starts every time and runs smooth and strong. To my knowledge, there are no engine or transmission issues. I believe it to be rust free and it has been stored inside for most (if not all) of its life. The trunk compartment is like new with no stains and no wear. It has been covered with a custom car cover since I have owned it. This car has several possible futures. It could be a collector piece for anyone or could be a weekend/hobby vehicle if that is your preference. You will struggle to find an equal to it in terms of original condition or overall presentation. Getting in it and starting it up is like stepping back in time to 1979. It rolls down the road like the day it was new. Original: Interior – Seats, dash, carpet, floor mats, gauges w/ Sound Deadening package Exterior – Paint (and I believe all decals) 350 CI (5.7L) V8 4 BBL Engine (Numbers Matching) Power Steering Factory Radio Delete Automatic Transmission with Limited Slip Differential Variable Wipers/Rear Window Defroster Sport Suspension and Original Shocks Inflatable Spare with Canned Air New in last two years: A/C Compressor (R134A) It was converted earlier, but I replaced the compressor. Blows cold. Ignition Switch Tires (less than 1,000 miles on them) Tail Pipes and Mufflers (downstream of original catalytic convertor) Custom Car Cover Aftermarket: Wheels (Invoice included) – They are Z28 turbine alloy wheels and they look sharp. The car was originally delivered with body color matching 5 spoke wheels. While these are not the original wheels on the car, they were available in 1979 as a factory option.
