I bought this van from New Hanover County in North Carolina. It has new tires and drives very good. It has developed a miss since I have got it home and Im not sure what it is. I don't have need for the van since I have moved and just prefer to sell it. This could be something very basic and it would make a great vehicle for the right person. It runs and can be driven. It has chrome bumpers, power windows, and door locks. It also has the rear air conditioning.
