Vehicle Detail

For sale by owner - 2012 Chevy Traverse LT2 with lots of upgrades. Meticulously maintained, oil changed with full synthetic every 4000 miles. No one has ever smoked inside. The interior is perfect, the exterior has a small ding in the drivers door which you can't see unless you look for it. Otherwise it is also nearly perfect. It has new tires and brakes all around, and was just detailed fairly recently. The car has about 45,000 miles on it which are almost all highway since I commute to Grandville and back daily. This is a great car. I was hesitant to move from a Tahoe to the Traverse because I've had full sized vehicles for about 20 years. However, this is a big little car or a little big car - however you want to look at it. The third row and center bucket seats all fold perfectly flat so you can get a lot of stuff inside. I've never tried but it looks like you could slide an entire sheet of plywood in there. The car gets really good but not quite great gas mileage. It's a huge improvement over the Tahoe though. If I stay under the speed limit in the Traverse I can easily average 22MPG. If I push it a little I usually run right around 20MPG. I have tried to see how high I can get that number to go and driving around 60 on the highway I've had it go as high as 27 MPG. Yep, 27. I was also hesitant to move from a Tahoe because I it was so great on the snow. However, the Traverse is just as good. It is rock solid in any weather and extremely comfortable to drive too. I was amazed at how well it handles on slippery roads. The Traverse also has a towing package and a surprising towing capacity. I thought I would use it to tow our boat so I did hook it up once, but then we sold the boat so I only pulled it down the street as a test. I had no trouble pulling a 25 foot boat on a trailer. I don't remember the capacity but again it's a surprisingly big number. This is a great car and I have wrestled with the idea of selling it because I've never had a problem with it of any kind. It has truly been the best new car I've ever owned. But, I am thinking of going to a newer model year just because I drive so much. Here is the list of stuff - Black with black interior V6 - AWD (full time) 6spd with traction control. It's absolutely terrific in the snow. Towing package Oversized rims and tires - New tires and brakes within 2500 miles. Remote start Sirius XM radio OnStar Bluetooth Backup camera Backup alarm (parking sensor) Heated seats - power drivers seat Quad buckets 3rd row - seats 7-8 All of the seats fold flat and you can get full length 2x4's inside This is truly a great car and has been extremely well cared for. It is detailed twice a year, has recommended maintenance right at the recommended mileage, and has had full synthetic oil changes every 4000 miles. I can't think of a single thing to complain about with this car, or the Traverse in general. PS - That is not a scratch on the hood, it's the reflection of a power line overhead. Sorry the pictures aren't better, I'm the worlds worst photographer.
