This 1971 Karmann Ghia Convertible is a nice solid original example; it will turn more heads than you can imagine! You will fall in LOVE with the intricate designs of this car. They will absorb you the second you walk up to it, start the engine, and hear the smooth 1600cc Dual Port come to life, it runs and drives great and has a nice sound with a aftermarket Ferrari exhaust. As you can see, this car is very attractive throughout. This yellow Karmen Ghia has always been a California car. It has only had 1 repaint in the 1980's. The floors are really solid and looked to have been repaired many years ago although it was a great repair and I have pics of the floor to show how nice they are. The rockers are solid, and front nose is nice. The car has been stored indoors most of its life which has preserved it over the years. It has an awesome patina and my friend chose to leave it as is as it has gotten so many compliments. All the lights work as they should. It just went through a complete servicing, plugs, cap, rotor, wires, points, valve adjustment etc. It ready for many year of use. The top has a few minor splits I would say its fine as is. My friend has a clear California title in hand and we can assist with overseas shipping if desired. Given the car is over 40 years old, she is not perfect but pretty solid throughout. The interior is all original and in very impressive condition for its age. All the chrome and glass is original as well and in nice shape. The car has never been restored, simply AMAZING. It's hard to believe the beautiful condition of this all-original 40+-year-old Karmann Ghia. How many Karmann Ghias have you seen in this condition being over 40 + years old?
