I purchased this whizzer from a dealer new. It has all accessories on it. Front and rear fender has chrome guards,headlight has chrome hood,optional leather seat with chrome rail. It has chrome luggage rack and speedometer. 1999 whizzer is 60th anniversary Model. It has never been started. The battery has never had acid put in or gas in tank. I have copy of Certificate of Origin for title. I titled the bike and can transfer to new owner. I also have owners manual, service manual, parts manual, and a hop up sheet. The sheet tells you how to remove the restriction so it will run faster.Its time to let it go, for i have to many toys. There is no warranty. winner of auction to pay $200.00 to PayPAL.
