1937 Plymouth Coupe. A great example of a pre-war Plymouth coupe. Has had one owner from 1969 to 2013, rescued in 1969 and restored in the mid 1980's. This is a no rust car, fenders have never been cracked or welded, very solid through out. The car has been stored for approx. the last 20 years. All glass is excellent as well as the rubber gaskets, front window rolls out and cowl vent works properly. Lights have been changed over to 12v, the car is still equipped with the rare factory 6v. radio. You can see from the pictures the car has been kept inside and had excellent care. The paint does have some sanding scratches in it but could probably be color sanded and taken care of, the paint still shines and looks good. Interior is in very nice condition, no rips or tears, back corners of headliner need tightened up. Runs good, starts easy, good tires, drives good, stops very good. Brakes have just been gone through, new gas tank, new carb. new plugs and wires, and new muffler. First gear does have a whine but shifts properly. I have several boxes of extra parts including starter, generator, several carbs. and other misc. parts, along with shop manuals. Car is sold as is. Please ask questions before bidding.
