2002 Honda CR-V AWD 66K miles Nice and clean body no carpet or water odor, However has a Salvage Title due to Flood damage, replaced ECM (computer) Ignition switch +key, fuse box and wiring harness, However am unable to get key programmed at dealership, being told it my still need to resolve connectivity issues (mostly to re-check the grounds) before it can be programmed,Engine does turn and wants to start, however due to key light blinking on dash/needing programming. No water in engine, however there appears to be some water mixed in transmission oil, Due to Connectivity issues, recently we discovered that the wheels are in park position, and not going into neutral , thus not rolling, and will require electrical items to be resolved before Transmission changes into other positions and all goes well. Buy if you know either how to fix or know someone who knows how to get it started and resovle unsloved issues.
