Thank you! 1985 GMC CABALLERO AMARILLO I am pleased to offer an excellent original example of a last generation Caballero – El Camino. This 1985 GMC Amarillo is the best that General Motors offered in 1985. It has just about everything that you could get that year. This is a rust free truck with one spot (see picture) that has started under the rear window. The bed floor is about as nice as it gets. I have pictured the base of the doors to show how nice they are. If you want one to build you could not find a better one to start with. If you just want a nice truck then look no further. For the most part the paint is very good but it is faded on the hood and less so on the roof. The front and rear bumpers are great. The grill is exceptional. The premium interior is very tidy and is original. Notice the original tire that has never been on the ground. The engine compartment is very clean. Sometime in its life it had been changed over to an Edlebrock carb and manifold. It does have a working A/C but it will need some refrigerant to be real cold. This Caballero drives out great and gets a lot of thumbs up. Special features include power windows, power door locks and tilt wheel. These last generation trucks are getting hard to find especially nice ones that are not rusty. I have this one priced right so bid to own. Thanks for looking.
