Hi, you are bidding on a 1969 VW Custom 18 Window Sunroof Bus, This bus was never in an accident and has very little bondo, all the windows and seals where removed and painted under before re-assembly with durable long lasting acrylic enamel and (new window rubber) (Sky lights windows are made of 1/4 inch bent plexi). There was no rust or corrosion on the bus before paint. It has New tail lights, The interior is completely new including paint, door panels, all seats, carpet and headliner, the dash was stripped and painted to give the bus a vintage split window look, the original radio does not work. The Engine is a fresh rebuild with new pistons and cylinders, valve job, seals and clutch, has good power and runs great, Transmission is a fresh rebuild and shifts grate. New brakes, brakes lines and wheel cylinders, stops great with new tires. The car has had a complete tune up and needs nothing, heater works good. The ride on this bus is smooth, comfortable, easy to steer and stops on a dime (everything works). A very nice collector bus.
