Vehicle Detail

This truck is for the person who wants a custom truck with all the hard work already done. It as about 90% complete. This was a frame off job. Almost every nut and bolt was replaced. It runs great. It drives and rides like all old trucks of this time. It isnt built to drive 150 MPH. The paint is Hot Rod Flatz black with UV protection, not primer. The paint doesnt require a clear coat. Without being able to wet sand finished paint it has a slight texture to it, not slick smooth like a cleared over paint. With that said its also not perfect but looks sharp, there is some striping on a doors in certain light. There are a few dings and scratches as well, this truck is a driver. Don't let the satin black fool you, this isnt a "rat rod". Its on the original frame. Here are some of the things I've done to the truck: new disk brakes on the front, new 3" drop axle, 4" drop blocks on the rear, new V8 cross member, new transmission crossmember, new modern shocks and brackets, rebuilt SBC 350 with unknown mileage i put new seals and gaskets throughout, turbo 350 tranny, new B&M shifter, new driveshaft, 3:43 rear end, new dolphin gauges, new glass, new 17x8 Ridler wheels with new 235/60/17 tires, new front bed panel, new tailgate, new lights front to rear with blinkers, new aluminum champion radiator with elect fan, all new brake lines, new master cylinder, electric wipers, new door weather stripping, new door strikers, new wiring throughout, new painless fuse block, new flowmaster 10 series mufflers and custom exhaust, new door glass run channels, new tie rod ends, rebuilt drag link ends,Im sure theres a ton more I'm forgetting. When i say new i mean brand new and still brand new. Ive only put about 400 miles on. Heres what it needs: speedo cable, horn, wood in the bed, rear bumper, rear glass installed- i have glass and rubber just havent done it yet, head liner and door panels, passenger door lock assembly, interior light hooked up- i have the light, cab wetherstrip, speaker grill and glove box door- i have them but need to be painted and installed, and heat/AC if desired- i dont have any of the heat or AC parts. Also needs a shifter boot. The motor is strong but i dont know how many miles are on the rebuild. It doesnt leak a bit of oil and fires right up. The alumium radiator keeps it nice and cool. The tranny has a small drip at the dipstick tube O ring. I welcome you to come take a look before you bid, but only serious buyers. Feel free to ask any questions you may have. Here are a few short videos: The truck was a little dusty when i shot the videos. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yaohBNvXjU&feature=youtu.be http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5SMYmp2AQC4 $1000.00 due within 48 hours of the close of the auction.
