This bike is a recent restoration based on a numbers matching frame and engine. The color scheme for this bike is beautiful for this Triumph model with the pictures not capturing the depth of the Flamboyant blue over the silver sheen. Some of the work and details of the bike include: The engine was rebuilt inclusive of new roller/ball bearings , large shells ,small end bushing, seals, new pistons/rings and gudgeon pins. Similarly the transmission has new bearings and seals. All chrome has either been replaced or new with the exception of the Dunlop /Jones rims that are period correct and in excellent condition.Frame, brackets, tin work have been sand blasted, primed and painted gloss black . The electrical system is correct with Lucas components, braided wiring loom, and the correct Lucas horn. The heat sink for the Zener diode has been upgraded from the plate type to the fin type. Other NEW parts include ;Dunlop tires and tubes; stanchions; fork tube bushings and seals; handle bar; control cables; throttle; horn/dip switch; tank badges; seat; shocks; drive chain; AMAL carb rebuild kit; herringbone hose; most hardware; battery..etc. Bike runs excellent, and just need to be broken in. Has clear title and current Ontario ownership in my name.
