I have a 2004 mustang mach 1 in great condition it has a couple minor scratches that aren't noticeable and a tear/hole in the side of the drivers seat. there is a slight rattle noise coming from the suspension when you drive over bumps i have been told it is the rack and pinion by my mechanic., it may need to be replaced within 6 months to a year. i have a replacement rack and pinion that i got out of a 99 mustang but it bolt right in and i can throw it in with the purchase of the car, it has the outer tie rod ends already attached and the steering column in case you may need it. It is a very simple replacement i replaced the rack bushings thinking it may help but it didnt help much so i got the replacement rack and pinion but havent had time to put it in. The motor is in great shape and is very strong, The vehicle has a clear title and has never been in an accident. The interior is in great shape and everything works and has cold AC. This is a great vehicle and has a lot of power. I havent been driving it because im trying to sell it but it does run and drive good besides the slight rattle, I really hate to get rid of it but needing the money its been a great car.
