BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE REVISIONS AT END OF THIS NARRATIVE - 1970 AMX with Cold Air Pak Hood - per the VIN code (AOC397PXXXXXX) was originally equipped with 360 CID V8 and automatic transmission - one of only 747 produced according to my research - appears to be all original sheet metal - very straight with no evidence of any significant collision damage - very clean truck and floor pans with only minor surface corrosion evident - has been dissembled for an older re-paint - only one significant corrosion area at the driver's side sail panel adjacent to trunk lid as shown in photos - bidders please note that this is a ROLLER with no drive train except for the differential/axle and a bare 390 block - no interior except the console and some of the dash - door side glass is in but other glass not there - several parts included as shown in the photos, but bidders beware this is not a complete vehicle (the best restoration option is to have a donor vehicle or other ready access to parts) - CLEAN OREGON TITLE (not currently registerred) - this will be a straightforward restoration project for the buyer with access to the drivetrain, exterior, and interior parts necessary for completion, and the end product will be a rare and desirable car - can deliver for a reasonable fee within 1,000 miles of Redding, CA - I have described this car to the best of my ability - thanks for looking ---- REVISION: Bidders should please note that I revised the listing photos the evening of 7/19/13 to include a photo depicting what I hope is a 1970 grill, along with a front bumper. These will be included with the car for the purchase price. I have removed the photo of the 1968-1969 grill, as it will not be included in the auction. The bundle of exterior chrome trim will be included in the auction. I apologize for this error - I am not at all familiar with these cars, and simply did not realize I was showing a grill that does not fit the car until an alert EBayer brought it to my attention. Bidders should also please note that the only items included in this auction are as shown in the photos, along with the chrome trim and a bare AMC 390 block as described above. Thanks.
