THE ORIGINAL OWNER DID CHANGE THE TWIN CARBS TO AN EDELBROCK 4 BARREL CARB AND ALLOY MANIFOLD. THAT'S THE ONLY CHANGE I CAN SEE. THE CAR WAS LAST TAGGED IN 2008. THE OWNER DIED AND HIS DAUGHTER GOT THE CAR. SHE BROUGHT IT TO ME TO START IT AND WE ALSO CHANGED THE REAR WHEEL CYLINDERS AND SHOES. EVERYTHING WORKS AND THE CAR LOOKS ALMOST NEW. I'D SAY NEW BUT THEM SOMEBODY MIGHT COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMETHING. THE ONLY FLAW I CAN SEE IS THE DRIVERS SEAT HAS WEAR IN THE BEADING ON THE EDGE WHERE YOU'D RUB SLIDING INTO THE CAR. THE UPOLSTRY OTHERWISE IS REAL NICE. THE CAR NEEDS NOTHING I KNOW OF. THERE IS A GROAN WHEN YOU PUSH UP AND DOWN ON THE BACK END OF THE CAR. I KNOW THIS IS THE BUSHINGS. I've contacted the seller to see if her father had the carbs and manifold and original filters. They said they think he never got them when he bought the car but will look in his garage just in case they are there. No promises. I've double checked the vin# on the title to the door vin plate and windshield vin plate. They are original and correct. Thisd brings doubt so I'm going to say he might be right. I was told it was original. Logical it could have been changed in 33 years.
