A very, very nice '82 CBX that has been well maintained and cared for. When I decided that I had to have one I looked at 10 or 12 before finding this one. I believe it to be one of the best that you are likely to run across. Carbs were cleaned and adjusted by an experienced CBX mechanic a couple of years ago. A new Corbin seat & passenger backrest was installed last year ($600). The stock seat goes with the bike and is perfect with no rips, tears, etc.. A new set of tires were installed this year (less than 200 mi on them). A new MAC 6 into 2 exhaust was installed last year ($450) along with a new battery. A cermachromed DG Supertrapp 6 into 1 exhaust was removed (near perfect condition) when the MAC exhaust was installed and goes with the bike. I do not have the bags or mounting brackets for them. I do have the leg air deflectors but are not currently installed. The bike runs and drives perfect. The pictures show the bike as it is currently with the Corbin seat and MAC 6 into 2 exhaust and also as it was with the stock seat and 6 into 1 DG exhaust. Both seats and both exhausts go with the bike. Why am I selling it? My wife told me that she wanted me to get a Goldwing as she has a bone condition that makes it uncomfortable to ride very far without better back support. It's always been one of my dream bikes and if I could afford to, I'd keep it. I guess it's time to let someone else enjoy it.
