This is a 1974 Honda XL 350. It is a LOT of fun to ride. it runs and rides well. Normally takes only a few kicks to start. Just started it and it has now been sitting a bit since it was last listed and had to use starting fluid. I think the carb could use a rebuild. Petcock needs to be cleaned or replaced. When it is oriented toward the front of the bike, it does not draw enough fuel to stay running. Works fine in the other direction. Kill switch does not work (always on so it does not stop you from riding it). Mileage is unknown. This bike was registered off-road (green stickered) in California in ~2000. The person I purchased it from had just had the whole bike gone through including the motor (new rings, etc.). I then had children and moved , etc. and haven't had as much of a chance to ride as I had planned. It has not had even 1000 miles put on it since. Unfortunately I have not kept the registration current as it is used on my property and I cannot find the old title. Fortunately, I checked with the CA DMV and the bike is no longer in the system. According to the DMV, the cost for a new title is only $38 total. Cost and/or process for new title in other states may be different. Will provide bill of sale. These bikes were originally dual-sport, but lights, signals, etc. were not on bike when I got it over a decade ago. Kickstand is from a different model so the bike leans over too far when on stand. Side cover does not fit with the current style air filter that is on the bike but will come with bike. Will provide bill of sale. Buyer to arrange shipping.
