1998 Dodge Ram 15 Passenger Van Vin: 2B5WB35Y8WK127115 owned and operated by Lighthouse Baptist Church, Winchester, Virginia 152,000 Miles Virginia State Inspection: 8/13 This van is being auctioned by the Lighthouse Baptist Church, of Winchester, Virginia. It has a clear title and we have access to a public notary to help get it signed over to the winning bidder. The van is not in good cosmetic shape as the photos show. There are issues with missing trim and paint, and some of the interior trim is missing and/or broken. There are a couple of arm rests missing/broken, and the front passenger seat no longer adjusts correctly. All the doors and all the seat belts are accounted for and operating correctly except that the return spring on the rear door is broken. The van does have a current inspection and is mechanically running well, although the A/C does NOT work at this time. Parts have been replaced over the past few years, but we are unsure why the system will not hold Freon. The ABS was removed and a standard brake fluid block installed. The brakes work very well, but be advised that this vehicle does not have anti-lock brakes anymore. (The winning bidder can certainly purchase a new ABS valve and install if desired) There is a nice hitch installed with the appropriate wiring. There are too many “ticky-tack” type things to go over with this van (one side of the washer fluid spray not working, missing a rear speaker, etc). It is not new, but it does run and drive and have a current inspection. A low starting bid of $500 and there will be a $100 deposit required within 48 hours of auction close to hold for pickup. If the deposit is not paid by the 48 hour time period, or if the van is not fully paid for and removed from our property within a 2 week period, the van will be relisted and the deposit forfeited. This van comes with NO warranty expressed or implied, and the winning bidder is purchasing this van as is, where is. The title is clear and can be signed over by an officer of the church.
