1968 Impala Super Sport This is an original black plate California car. 100% rust free body, assembled in Los Angeles with no accidents. Black interior with bucket seat and center console. 327 engine, numbers matching, original engine rebuilt four years ago. Runs impeccably, does not leak oil or smoke. 400 transmission shifts perfectly and does not leak. 10 bolt rear end with sway bar. Has air conditioning. Everything is still connected and in tact. The clutch works and there's still freon in the system. In my ten years of ownership I have never put a belt on the compressor- it may work. The car is an excellent driver, runs strong and straight. Not to mention that it sounds great through a duel exhaust. The Marboroh Red paint is not the original color - "Ash Gold"- but is only four years old. All moldings, rubbers, and chrome were taken off when it was painted. All windows work perfectly. The dash has two cracks in it but is original and has never been cut. There is no radio. The fuel gauge and clock do not work. There is a crack in the original console, and the floors are the original carpet. Throughout the years I have owned the car I have fixed it the right way.
