This vehicle's previous owner performed a major frame off restoration. A few photos of that process are included in the pictures. The original tub was used because it was rust free. Rear quarters and front fenders are all new. The frame was shot with an epoxy primer to guard against future corrosion. The body was painted with a clear base coat. The interior was coated with a bed liner material for future protection. The drivetrain has a new Chevy crate engine ( less than 5000 miles current) with an offroad equipped Edlebrock carb and matching aluminum intake. Exhaust is a single 3" with a Flowmaster 40 series. It has a Ranger 3 torque splitter that gives it 16 forward gears and 4 reverses with a 27% overdrive that gets in the mid teens in fuel economy that should further improve as the engine breaks in. The 4 speed transmission and transfer case are Toyota. The front axle has a stronger mini truck Birfield and disc brake swap. Rear axle is 4.11 ratio landcruiser original. Drive train works excellent. The suspension is Man-A-Fre 4" lift springs with a 2" 4 Plus body lift to clear all the drive train. It has a shackle reverse kit from Man-A-Fre that gives it superb handling. Adjustable Rancho 9000 shocks. Manual steering was replaced with a Saginaw power steering and pump that is so smooth you can turn with a single finger. The windshield is an unbreakable Poly-carbonite material. All new wiring harness with fuse block and relays. New Auto Meter guages. Tires are Super Swamper radials 12.50 X 36 x 15. Custom front and rear bumpers and roll cage. No top. I absolutely love this vehicle, but I am building my first house, and need the funds.
