I believe this is a 1919 Cleveland, I am not sure of the year as there is NO TITLE with this motorcycle. The model is the Cleveland Lightweight, it is a 13.5 cubic inch TWO STROKE single cylinder engine. The engine / VIN number on this bike is 13763 and is located on a machined pad on top of where the magneto mounts. My Father purchased it in 1993 and it has been sitting our shop ever since. The motor kicks over freely and the transmission as well as the clutch seem to function properly. I don't believe we have ever had it running and it is not running now. I have tried to start it but the spark is intermittent, so I assume the magneto will need to be rebuilt or the magnets recharged. The motorcycle seems to be complete and in fairly decent condition. The cover on the tool box is a replacement and does not fit very well but completes the look of the bike. Please look carefully at the pictures as this is a nice complete motorcycle but does have many nicks, dings, scratches, and bumps. The seat has been recovered at some point and has a plywood base. The motorcycle is being sold WITHOUT a title, I do not have one. The motorcycle is being sold "AS-IS" and does not currently run. I am not 100% sure of the year but any of the information I have found on these bikes leads me to believe it is a 1919. The mileage is obviously not correct, there is no speedometer so mileage is unknown.
