Offered for worldwide auction is our 1970 Deluxe VW Bus with its Original Neptune Blue and white paint. The nice part about buying a original paint vehicle is there are no hidden surprises. We acquired this bus from the second owners who drove it daily for years, then fourth gear was having issues and it went into the garage and sat so fourth gear will need to be replaced, otherwise the transmission works fine in all other gears and the bus runs and drives good. The body is in good condition with no major dents or cancer it has some minor cancer in the windshield area but I have seen worse. This is a cool bus with a lot of character and Patina. At one point in its life someone attempted to convert it into a camper hence the aftermarket poptop. We just did a tuneup and installed a new battery, and it starts right up and runs good however it hasn’t been driven on the streets in California for a few years as its been stored in a garage for quite sometime. This would be a great bus to finish off the camper conversion and personalize it to your liking. The bus is really solid throughout. All the electrical works good. We have a clear California title that goes with the bus. It does have its minor dings and scratches, after all its over 40 years old. The headliner will need replacing, I was planning or you can install a custom wooden headliner. The poptop seals will need to be replaced as well. The middle seat is missing.
