This van was the Washington County Sheriff's Water Rescue Vehicle, in the vicinity of Fort Edward, NY. They received a grant to buy a new van in 2007 and I purchased the van at the county auction. While in service it received meticulous care. The miles are ORIGINAL as verified by the Sheriffs department maintenance manager. It has dual batteries, and equipment to provide 120 volt power for rescue operations. While in very good condition mechanically, it does have some under body rust, including the transfer case cross-member. I Googled the company that did the conversion but I believe they are out of business. This would be an excellent van for many purposes with some TLC. It needs a new cross-member fabricated, a complete exhaust, and some cleaning up. Please keep in mind that this is a thirty year old vehicle. After you get gas into the carb it starts right up and runs well. I have other photos available upon request, and it can be seen with appointment.
