Up for auction is a rare 1974 Suzuki GT 380 Triple. This bike features a 371cc Oil Injected 2-stroke (no mixing) 3 cylinder engine with a 6 speed transmision. Exhaust is a "3 into 4" set up with chrome pipes. Starting is by kick start. Guages are Speedo, Tach, Trip and Main odometer and asorted indicator lights. Improvments for 1974 were chrome air cleaners, chrome headlight, chrome chainguard, a new guage pod with digital gear indicator and unitized carbs. . New parts include : New Fuel petcock, new fuel filter, new fuel lines, new battery cables and Three new NGK sparkplugs. The electrics work well, the switches and lights work correctly: Headlight on/off, headlight hi/low, turn signal, horn, brake light, indicator lights. This bike does start,run and ride, but as it was in storage for many years the carbs need to be correctly rebuilt and set up to run perfectly. Rebuild kits are reeadily availible on e-bay for around $35. The bike will also need a battery, but can be jump started for demostrations. There are some defects in the chrome and paint, but normal for a 40 year old bike.
