Real nice 1985 V65 Sabre. I purchased this bike with only 10,000 miles on the odometer in 2003 from the second owner who rarely rode it. It has been stored inside since I've owned it, and it shows. It's in unbelieveable condition. The finish shines like new and the bike runs as good as it looks. I recently had new fork seals installed, and the bike has no issues. It also has the desireable Hondaline fairing with lowers. The fairing and lowers are also in excellent condition. Michelin tires still have plenty of life. Bid with confidence. First, the trasmission has always worked properly. There are no popping out of gear issues, and It shifts smooth. Second, the valves have been serviced by the same factory trained mechanic here in Eugene since I've owned the bike. He is the former Service Manager for a local Honda/Yamaha dealership that closed up many years ago. He's been running his own shop ever since. He says my bikes valvetrain shows no sign of any of the problems some of the earlier V4's had. The only thing it's going to need pretty soon is front brake pads.
