This is a 1971 VW Beetle custom "chop top". The paperwork that I got with the car when I bought it said that it is a "California Custom" that was professionally modified with the top cut off and all the edges fiberglassed and that it was done by EEZ Customs in Nashville, TN in the 1970's when the car was nearly new. The odometer reads 10,900+ but I don't represent that as accurate, I don't really know what the miles are. I have had a lot of work done on it since buying it including: New Paint Four New Tires New Fuel lines Carb adjustment Valve adjustment New ignition switch New Hood cable and release This car is located in New Jersey and has a clear New Jersey title. It is being sold AS IS. I can help arrange shipping at the buyer's expense if needed.
