Please read the description below very closely. I took a lot of time to be detailed in this ad, as most questions should be answered below. Truck was pretty much rebuilt during 2010-2012. I have a pile of receipts and pictures of the rebuild. It was my hobby over the last few years, but I rarely ever use it and looking to sell. I hate to see the truck just sit in the garage. $28,000 invested over the 3 years it took to rebuild. I have a book of receipts to prove it. Not including countless of hours of my time. This truck is a very nice driver and gets a ton of compliments. It's not a show truck although some would say it's pretty close. The Basics -- Truck has a newer late 80's rebuilt 350ci GM crate motor with serpentine belt drive system -- around 25K miles. Engine is very reliable and stock does have a new Edelbrock 1406 carb, electric choke and intake. Brand new built Turbo 350 3 speed transmission and NP 205 transfer case (both rebuild 1/12) 12 bolt rear end, new 3.73 gears front and rear. Brand new dual steering stabilizers / shocks, new Warn locking hubs, New paint 2010, new 1990 front clip/grill (updated look) True duel exhaust with chrome tips, new 100 watt off road lights up front. Skyjacker 6in soft ride spring lift on new 35 x12.50 radial Goodyear MTR Kevlar tires. Removable back top (don't think it has ever been removed) Much more detail listed below: New parts and improvements from restore during 2010-2012. Everything noted below was done in last 3 years, truck has only been driven 2,000 miles at the most since complete. Have papers 1. Dupont base/clearcoat paint job2. New Edelbrock 1406 carb with off road needles installed.3. New 35x12.50x15 Goodyear MTR with 15x10 bullet hole wheels. New alignment4. New poly motor mounts and polly trans/t-case mounts, new polly sway bar bushings.5. New alternator with lifetime warranty.6. Optima RED top battery7. All new drive train - new front and rear drive shaft - New U joints in both drive shafts. New Slip Yoke. Built TH 350c 4x4 transmission -- completely new with HD components and lockout. NP 205 resealed and built at same time. All axle seals, wheel bearings, u joints and wheel studs replaced in front axle. Under warranty and have all the papers.8. New exhaust manifolds.9. New hi capacity aluminum transmission pan with new fly wheel cover and differential cover.10. All new fuel system -- New 31 Gal Tank, OEM Sending Unit, OEM Fuel Pump, Lines, Filter, Regulator and fuel pressure gauge. 11. All sending units replaced - temp, oil and fuel. All new Vacuum lines.12. New Thermostat, Radiator hoses.13. New Warn Premium lock out hubs14. New Skyjacker 6in springs, new Bilstein Shocks, and new duel steering stabilizers15. New Kenwood CD player with new 250 watt Polk 6.5 speakers.16. Most weather-stripping and door felts around glass have been replaced.17. New windshield18. Most every component/piece on the exterior has been replaced. New exterior lights, trim, grille, mirrors, impact strips, etc.19. New Window tint20. New upgraded headlights and off road lights.21. Complete new AC system - New hoses, blower motor, drier and compressor. . .everything. Blows cold. Converted to new system.22. Major tune up - New belt, plugs, wires, complete distributor, cap, rotor, coil. . . .all top of the line parts, no expense spared. All fluids just changed- this includes oil, differentials, transfer case, transmission, radiator flush. . .everything. All filters changed as well, including fuel filter, transmission filter, air, etc. new pulleys installed as well. New high flow air filter and cover.23. 12 bolt rear end rebuilt. 24. New steering box. New Off Road Design steering box/ frame support brace -- must have for 80's GM trucks.25. New Grant steering wheel.26. New brakes / rotors with new extended stainless brake lines front and rear.27. New rear window power motor.28. New door pins.29. Truck cover included. Again, all the above was done in the last few years. Have receipts and documentation on most the parts and labor. Turn the key and drive! Exterior - Truck has a pretty straight body and no exterior rust. Some common rusted areas like the rocker panels and inner fender wells were addressed and replaced before paint work started. Has a few very minor dings that were missed during the bodywork process. The paint it starting to chip and has been touched up in a few small spots. The paints looks good, but isn't Not Barrette Jackson show quality. Real nice driver quality. All new exterior lights, stainless mirrors, new bumper impact strips, wheel trim, side trim, new 1990 grille for a little more updated look. Most of the windows weather-stripping /felts have been replaced. Underneath the truck as been painted and undercoated in proper areas. Truck does not leak any fluid and does not burn any fluids. Truck drives straight and smooth, new shocks and steering stabilizers and off road lights. 35/12.50/15 New Goodyear MTR tires have only 500 miles on them and are very road friendly (radial) Paint/exterior work and tires alone costs over $6,500. Truck is mechanically perfect. Runs great, NO leaks, idles and shifts great. Everything works as expected for a truck like this. Interior -- Truck is basic package -- no power windows/locks options or cruise or tilt wheel. Does have AC/Heat, power steering and power brakes. Refurbished seats front and back, no rips at all. 2 coats of spray in bed liner throughout the floor/rear. New factory carpet/padding and sound dampening insulation in the front and back seat topped off with new Husky floor mats. A lot of money spent on the floors and they were done right. New window tint, New LED dome lights with clear covers, Rubber mat in the very back section. New dash cover and new billet aluminum pieces installed on door panels, dash, instrument panel and foot pedals.. . ..most all the interior pieces have been replaced or restored -- looks real good. Spare tire in the back mounting on factory carrier. Interior overall is about as nice as you can get it. Truck gets a ton of compliments, real clean simple look. . . not overly done up with a ton of added junk. Truck is easy to drive, sites perfectly level and drives straight. Truck has basically been gone through completely. . . money was no object on this project. The only thing not working is the Speedo - not working because it needs a cable, never got around to it after the trans and tcase were rebuilt. I just use a GPS when needed that will come with the truck. Since the truck is a 3 speed transmission, I never drive it over 65mph anyway. Only back country roads.. never been mud bogged or anything like that. Odometer shows 98,XXX. . . I think that is close to original, but I can't prove it. Everything thing else works. . ...I do mean everything. Every single light, switch, gauge. . .no surprises. This is not a financial hardship sale. Most of the accessory parts ( alternator, AC compressor, carb, power steering pump.. have all been replaced in the last few years. Have the receipts. Factory manifolds look a little rusty ( thats how they get quick) but they were replaced about 2 years ago. Truck has basic mufflers, has a nice old school rumble sound, not loud like glasspacks. Note: the truck has true dual exhaust without cat converters. Just FYI for you buyers in states that have strict emissions requirements. We don't have any of that in Florida.
