I have up for bid my 1957 Triumph T110 Tiger 650cc vintage motorcycle. I aquired this bike from a highschool buddy who bought it from the original owner in 1964 with 1500 miles on it. He rode it up until 1986, then stored it in his garage until I got it from him in 2006. The bike hadn't been ridden after 1986 but he would start the engine about once a month to keep it loose. The engine is sound with good compression, clutch is good, transmission is good. When I got the bike I disassembled it, sandblasted the frame and tins, painted the frame and primed the sheetmetal. There is no dents or bondo anywhere. The front fender is brand new. I have the original front fender but it has been bobbed. I have all the original parts and pieces except the handlebars and the headlight. The headlight that was on it I think is a Harley, but I'm not sure. The exhaust pipes and mufflers are there, but they will need replated. This will be an easy restoration or it would make a dynamite bobber or chopper (although I believe it is too nice to cut up). I hate to sell this bike but I am loosing my storage facility, so it must go. This is a very rare and collectible vintage Triumph. The numbers all match and I have a clean Indiana title in my name.
