Vehicle Detail
I am the second owner (Doctor used to drive to work and back first 5 years). The engine runs PERFECTLY. The only thing I've ever done outside of normal maintenance is replace radiator and brakes. Brakes only have about 3,000 miles on them. Tires have 90 percent tread and are larger than stock. Locking differential makes this SUV unstoppable for off road use. Full time 4 wheel drive of course. I have had it on the beaches of the Outer Banks in NC a few times and never had to worry for a second. Always washed undercarriage immediately afterwards. This was my wife's vehicle for first 5 or more years until she decided to go smaller. We continued to drive it on weekends for trips to the river. The only flaw on the interior is a small tear on the side of drivers seat. It was there when we bought it and has never gotten worse/ I can send a pic to serious buyers. 3rd rows seats have never been used. We stretch wrapped them and put in our attic when we bought the vehicle. It cranks every time and runs perfectly. The small hub caps were a little faded (as seen in one of the side exterior pictures, so I recently put brand new hubs on. This was to be the vehicle I kept and taught my son to drive in. Well, times are tough, so we need to sell and buy a small car for better fuel economy for me to drive. Negatives The alarm system computer was removed because my wife lost the "key FOB" on vacation. We still have the computer and it takes 3 seconds to plug back in. New owner will just have to get new FOB. The front hood has some paint fade. To get the paint job back to "excellent" condition, the hood will need to be repainted. There are a few scratches as expected (nothing major) that could likely be fixed with one of those wax/pen kits. They are not noticeable enough for me to do anything about them and I would rather not do that and present something in pictures that is not realistic. What you see in these pictures was taken in last few days.. I will gladly send pictures of anything additional to serious buyers. I am also happy to answer any questions. Vehicle can be inspected at buyer's expense. There are no surprises here. This is an awesome vehicle.
