Up for sale is a 1999 Jeep Wrangler with a 4.0 liter, 6-cylinder engine and a 5-speed, manual transmission. This vehicle was bought at an auto auction and has a Pennsylvania Flood Salvage Certificate. I have bought many other flood salvage Jeeps. After tinkering with them a bit, they all run and drive. However, upon receiving this vehicle it appeared someone had taken the starter off the Jeep while it was at the auction. We were able to read odometer with the key in the ignition and it reads 144,000. I enjoy these Jeeps but by no means am I a mechanic. I have no way of working on this vehicle so I am selling it as a Non- Running Vehicle. I tried to start it with a friend by by-passing the starter, but was unable to do so, and therefore decided to not put any more money into it. The good news is this jeep is sitting on 31x10.50 R15 BF Goodrich Mud Terrain tires with American Racing Rims and has what appears to be a 1-2" lift. All tires have plenty of tread remaining and the frame is in good condition. The Jeep has hard doors and a soft top which functions properly. As you can see in the pictures, the left front bumper is bent slightly and will need to be fixed. The interior is in good overall shape and once properly detailed, should look fantastic. Again, this is a non-running Jeep which I've decided to sell and would make a great project for someone more mechanically inclined than myself. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction's completion via PayPal or wire transfer, no exceptions. All inspections must be completed prior to the end of the auction. We do not offer temporary tags so you will need to make arrangements to ship the vehicle offsite.
