Thank you for viewing this 1977 Jeep CJ5 with the legendary Straight 6 motor. The exterior paint is in great condition but does have a few minor blemishes that are hardly noticeable. The paint shines great and looks fabulous. This Jeep was completely redone a few years ago with all fiberglass tub/hood/window frame. Frame is solid with no rust at all. There is soft doors that come with the Jeep we just took them off for pictures. The vehicle's interior is in good shape. All interior components are good working order. The engine starts right up with absolutely no problems and the transmission shifts very smoothly. The brakes feel a little soft to me. Tires are all matching and are in good shape. If you have been in the market for a nice older CJ5 that you can use to hit the beach or trails than look no further!!!. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE At Auction Close Successful "winning" bidder must telephone us within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. A deposit of $200.00 is to be made with in 24 hours of the end of the auction. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE Within (7) business days of the end of auction, full payment must be received either by cashiers-check, approved bank draft, or certified funds. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT We accept cashiers checks, certified funds, or verified drafts from known/approved financial institutions. We also accept deposits via Credit Card. All buyers pay a $200.00 administrative fee plus a $50.00 documentary fee. Delaware buyers must pay 3.75% sales tax plus applicable STATE fees.
