Relisting due to 2 overseas bidders that bid the auction up to a ridiculously high price and then retracted their bids. Therefore, if you are an overseas bidder you will need to contact me through ebay before bidding or I will cancel your bid. Ive never had any issues before with overseas bidders but these 2 jokers have ruined it for others. Anyhow, selling a nice Mustang fastback running project. Wiring just redone. Brakes were redone a year ago. Wimbleton White on red interior. C code automatic with a little over 100k miles. Driven until 1988 then primarily parked. Paint was redone once but definately needs paint again. Some minor rust on the body, mainly where the paint has chipped off. Some on lower body as pictured. Drivers front floor needs a section weld. The floors wont need full replacement but will need work on that area. Fender stamp is present and matches the title. Engine looks good and has chrome headers that are nice looking. Nice Ford chrome slotted wheels on good tires. Interior is pretty presentable as is has a crack in dash and has wear in areas. Car also comes with Shelby/Eleanor fiberglass body pieces but are not installed. I originally wanted to make an Eleanor clone and those body pieces will come with the car. Overall a nice fastback project that can be driven while restored. Ask any questions prior to auction end and only bid if you intend to own the car. Thanks and good luck! On May-05-13 at 13:56:01 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE, We had a new solenoid and battery put in the fastback along with some other reconditioning like new gas, electric ignition. The car started right up and sound very good. Good sounding exhaust, no smoke just a smooth idle and a mean sound. So now the car is drivable and has good brakes but I still dont advise driving it a very long distance.
