Clone runs and shifts smooth as can be. Has a Muncie M-21 4 speed. The exterior of this vehicle is above average for its age and mileage. The condition of the interior is clean with no wear on the seats. Has had the rear bumper recently re-chromed. Has a New 3.73 rear differential installed. Please call for significantly more details. We are representing this vehicle on consignment.As for the firebird, condition wise it is extremely good, especially for the price, after spending the weekend with the car I can tell you it's flaws (keep in mind I'm being fairly picky here):- at the passenger side corner base of the rear window there is a black spot where the owner thought there may be some rust, so he pulled the paint off, found it to be a flaw in the paint, and put a rust inhibitor paint over it which is black. I can email you a pic tomorrow when I'm back in the office.- the clear coat has some imperfections if you look really close... Mostly on the hood. They are so small (dust particles) that I couldn't send pictures they won't show up... but if you ran your hand across you'd feel them. To make the car a ten I'd re-clear the car. Otherwise it's like a nine. I was in a rally with about 300 cars and this one was very popular, and no one noticed. Bugs me however.- the engine starts and runs beautifully, but at wide open throttle (hard acceleration) just over 4k RPM it makes some lifter noise or something like it.Otherwise the car is darn near perfect. The underside looks as good as the top. I drove it for four hours in the rally and it never budget temperature wise. Reliability wise it'd make it to your place fine. It just isn't very practical especially in comparison to a modern car.I list these things so that you have an accurate understanding of the car. It's not a $40k museum car, but not a pieced together heap with a paint job either.
