1970 Chevy C10 Stepside Shortbed Pickup -Frame-off restoration on rust-free pickup. Frame was powder-coated and all suspension rubber bushings were replaced. Truck has coil spring suspension and was lowered by utilizing shorter coil springs. -1967 front clip to include grill. -Large rear window. All glass and rubber replaced. -1,169 miles since restoration. -Manufactured at the Janesville GM plant and first registered in December 1970. -Beautiful GM color, Black Cherry metallic paint job. Interior is painted the same color and the cab was painted with the bed off. -Perfect Oak wood bed with stainless strips. Chrome door access to fuel cell gas tank. -Professionally rebuilt stock Chevy 350 V8 mated to a GM700r4 Overdrive Automatic Transmission with Lokar shifter. -Engine has Edelbrock carburetor with an Edelbrock Torker manifold. Hooker headers with dual Magnaflow exhaust. Billet vintage Chevrolet valve covers. Stay-Cool Aluminum Radiator. Optima Red Top battery. K&N air filter in an Edelbrock air cleaner. Motor runs great, stays cool, and needs nothing. -Rear bumper shaved and custom rear roll pan installed with LED lights. -Aftermarket chrome tilt steering wheel with custom leather and billet Chevy steering wheel with working horn. -Power brake booster and Power steering. Functioning emergency brake. -Beautiful all new interior to include carpet, door panels, seat cover with Chevy Bow-tie pattern, headliner with chrome trim, leather-sewn suede console, and dash pad. Polished threshold trim. White-face Autometer analog gauges with digital odometer. Gauges have red lights. Billet instrument dash panel. -Alpine stereo with MP3 and Ipod input matched with Sony Xplod speakers. -Posi rear axle with chrome cover and 3.73 gears. -Chrome rally wheels with deep dish in rear. Decorative chrome steps on bed. Premium chrome front bumper. -Rear fuel cell gas tank under wood bed. -Truck had factory air conditioning and heater however does not currently have the equipment. The dash is the original with the air conditioning vents and fan controls. The vents have been upgraded to chrome. -The factory tailgate chains were removed and replaced with the plunger style retainers inside the bed. -Crystal Clear H4 halogen headlights. Much brighter than standard. -Truck bed light on back of the cab. This is a stunning truck with an excellent restoration with a lot of nice custom touches. It is extremely dependable and could be counted on to drive everyday. Drives and handles like a new truck. Truck is registered as a historic classic in Scottsdale, AZ.
