GREAT PROJECT CORVETTE !!!!OR TRADE FOR CUSTOM BUILT MOTORCYCLE OF EQUAL VALUE This is my 1968 Corvette convertible 327 automatic turbo 400 PS PW. Not a numbers matching car. I originally had very big plans to fix this car as it should be. Now, I have no time to restore it and I need the space. The car has been sitting for many years as I collected parts and will need a “body off” restoration on everything. When I bought parts for this car, I tried to stay with 1968 parts as best I could. Many of the parts need restoring or re-chrome. Some are very fragile are ’68 only and are rare hard to find. One example: steering column covers - only '68. I've spent ~4 years searching/buying for all the parts and you get it all with the winning bid. Whatever $$ it goes for, I'll be loosing money and time. My effort - your reward! It [the car] was rear-ended and I put rear clip on it and the seam is in the floor. Frame is solid and all components are there. I have 95% of everything to re-assemble it. See additional pictures. Doors and side glass are nice. Windshield is new but cracked it in storage. I have the original ’68 seats, door panels, dash pads, console, hardware, headlights, windshield trim, switches, gauges, gas tank, bumpers, grill, exhaust, bezels, brakes, rally wheels with trim rings/caps, convertible top and hard roadster top. The car has the original wire harnesses with all the fibre-optics for front and rear console lens. Right now the car is stretched wraped for outside storage and note that all the pictures of this car are "in process" that I took along the way. This car runs great and key starts with a clear Colorado title. *** I’ve never driven it.*** This is a complete car and has great potential to be a nice restored 1968 Corvette convertible to the right person that wants a project car.Local pick up only in Colorado Springs.
