1934 Chev Master 14,000 miles. This is believed to be original from sons statement, Dad bought new in 34 went in service for war came out of service and bought new car in late 45 smashed 45 in late 49 and started driving 34 until 1954 bought new car and parked 34 was not driven again. Father passed away 8 yrs ago and I bought the car from his son. Last licensed in 1954 in Michigan. Plate is still on car does not go with car. Car is missing horn, jack and rear spare tire hubcap. Has cracked windshield, gas tank and lines were cleaned and flushed, carb was rebuilt, fuel pump was rebuilt. Radiator and engine have been flushed and cleaned, hoses and belt have been replaced. Oil has been changed, car starts runs and drives like a 34 should, and stops. Heater, cigar lighter, speedometer and all gauges work. Have driven and used this car in parades for last 7 years. All wood is in excellent condition and no rot. Only rust spots were on running boards under rubber mats. Rubber mats need to be repaired or replaced. All of the rest of the car is as close to perfect as you can get in a 34. All chrome and paint shine, paint is laquer and is showing some cracking and peeling. Interior is in good condition for age. Interior rear rubber floor mat was thrown away by son because of mice debrie. All doors open and close like new. Front door arm rests show signs of wear. This car is not perfect for non restored I don't know how much closer you can get. When I got this car I worked for over a week polishing and shining, could not beleive how paint and chrome came back to life. Looks ver good for unrestored car. i also have what I beleive is the original tar top battery with Delco yellow caps. Also built new exhaust and new muffler, this is not original to car. All tires on car are still holding air and 3 according to son are original?? 3 Firestones and 2 Sears. This is my knowledge of the car, I do not know and can not verify anything, only what the owners son told me when I bought the car, but this car is above very goood condition for its age for unrestored car.
