1979 Honda CR 125R Elsinore Good original condition for 34 year old bike This would make a great bike to use for AHRMA vintage MX racing. Many magnesium parts including hubs, brakes and engine covers. This bike was state of the art for its time. This bike is in Non Running Condition However the motor is free it turns over easily and it DOES have compression and spark. Most of the original Paint is still in tact. I got this bike from the original owner, a friend who got it brand new as a gift from grand maw in 1979 when he was 9 years old! What was grand maw thinking? The tank is aluminum and has a dent on RH side on decal area the inside appears to be clean and there is no fuel in it. Forks are in working condition and have full travel but may need to be serviced There is some light rust on the switchgear, pegs, kickstand, yokes and fork tubes also very light surface rust on pipe. Seat has been replaced and is in good condition. I did a visual inspection on bike and replaced a few missing bolts and nuts with correct size metric non OEM bolts The bike rolls and all cables are free. Front and rear brakes are in working condition but will need some TLC. Tires hold air but will need to be replaced Feel free to ask any questions.
