Vehicle Detail
This bike has new EVERYTHING!! Start with the wheels being trued and polished, new bearings, new brake pads front and rear, new rubber spoke guards tubes and Avon sticky tires. Tapered bearings for the triple tree and new brass bushings for the swingarm. Engine had 12,000 miles from previous bike and was completely gone thru and tuned up. Great compression. Fully polished engine, no paint except on the fins to make easier to wash. New points and Accel Super Coils makes this thing start by barely pressing the button. Powder coated and fully rebuilt carbs with velocity stacks and K&N air filters for spares. NoS Butte exhaust is Awesome! Never seen another header like it. Goes with nthe HRC theme. Front wheel is from a Suzuki T500 with some custom touches to it. No hydraulics on this bike . Stops very well with the new pads. Ducati Tank and seat from a real Desmo with NOS petcocks and all fuel lines high grade. Bocsh Flat headlight with indicators for nuetral and oil built in. Everthing else NOS on this bike includes throttle cables, front brake cables, grips, control switches, chain, clutch cable, clip on handle bars. Front forks powdercoated and rebuilt. Custom polished triple clamp and NOS Speedo with the miles since rebuild.Rear shocks were cb550 but changed to cb750 because it rubbed on first test ride. Now higher and stiffer but same exact color as here. Does not even get close now and I weigh 200. CBR 600rr rear tail light and led red and blue lights for underneath on a switch. 600rr foot pegs built on custom brackets. Ballistic lithium battery that works great and all electronics moved to the back but kept stock so easy to work on. Starter button under seat. Bike is very light now and handles very well. Straight as an arrow down the highway at 80 all day. I've had this bike pegged past 120 mph but cant say if it's accurate because the wheel change(NOS speedometer cable) I'm pretty sure that all the Jap bikes are the same ratio though. I'm sure i'm leaving something out but any questions just message me and I'll get back right away Thanx aTon!On Apr-05-13 at 17:29:15 PDT, seller added the following information: http://youtu.be/GImf5BrkVFMHere's a link to a walk around video of the bike.
