I have a 1962 Thunderbird for sale that has been in storage for 30-35 years. The body is its major strong point having very few small rust spots, mostly in trunk area where it leaked. The body is also dent free and ding free. Underneath there is no rot. The car shows 66,000 miles believed to be original. The front bumper is good the rear needs a new q. The exhaust appears to have rotted it. The back bumper is the worst part of car needing new chroming or replating with a new q. Three hub caps are perfect, no dings, one was squashed by a recent transport. The engine is frozen after such a long storage. This would be a good car for someone with a 390 engine or mechanic ability to unfreeze. Trans fluid and diesel has been sitting in cylinders for 6 months and turning engine is untried. The interior is good, nice metal surround, and new dash pad. The guages are out having not been returned after dash pad replacement. This is a Z car which lists it as 300 hp. however someone changed it to a two barrel , probably in the 70's when it was probably last registered. With some labor this could be a very valuable car. This could be completely restored or fixed up to be a daily driver. It's all there. Originally from Ct, and untitled. The car is currently located in Boston area. The car is untitled, have only a bill of sale from previous Ct owner. Check your state regulations. Attn: The title description as salvage is a misnomer. The car has no title. Again, check with your registry of motor vehicles.
