Here is the lowest priced 2005 of the season! I have a 2005 White Chevy Cavalier for sale. This car runs great and is reliable and safe. The only reason I am selling it is because with the check engine light is on (it has been since I got the car over 2 years ago). It does however have a lot of miles and some cosmetic and functional issues. I will list those in no specific order, speedometer not functioning (however odometer works fine) and I've been using a gps or iphone ap to know speed driver side rear door and window do not work, and interior door panel is missing there is no radio all electric windows are slow to roll up (with the exception of the driver side rear that does not work). the passanger rear exterior door is dented the sunvisors are missing the check engine light has been on for two years. there is no dinger noise when you leave the lights on and i have left the lights on and killed the battery in this car about 8 times over the last 2 years. I believe it may need a new battery because while it will start and drive from a jump, the battery does not seem to hold the charge overnight after I left the lights on a couple days ago. the fan for the heater and a/c has only ever worked in the high position for the entire 2 years I have owned it and in some setting it is noisy(but not all) the passenger door handles sometime hang in the up position and must be pushed down before door will close and latch the coor has had the wrong tires (too small) on the front since i bough it but it has ran fine for the 20,000 miles and 2 years I have owned it. The GOOD: This car has been super reliable for me and I would drive it anywhere. The ecotec engine in this car has a reputiation for going tons of miles and getting great gas mileage. This car gets between 30 - 38 miles per gallon. The a/c in this car blows cold! A new spare tire and the original jack assembly are included For someone who wants a reliable car to get around this 2005 chevy cavalier is for you. The high miles for this particular engine are not a big deal. Ask any good chevy mechanic about the ecotec 2.2. Although she probably won't win any beauty contests, this car will get its new owner relaible and safely back and forth to work as it has done for me over the past two years. I would keep this care but it will not pass my counties echeck here in Cleveland, OH with the check engine light on. Car is available for test drive and viewing in Cleveland, OH.
