Up for sale is a 1982 Dodge D-250 pick-up truck. It does drive and I do drive it now. To be honest it has been hit and does have damage. The reason im selling it is because I think it may be a little crooked, it was hit in the rear and may have pushed the bed a little to the drivers side. I bought it as being a just "home projects" work truck and it has never failed me, strong truck. Loaded a full wet pallet of sod in the bed and hauled the weight just fine. I put a hitch and wiring harness on it to pull a camper, it got hit before i could buy a camper. As you can see in the photos there are a few dents now, not a one when i bought it 4 years ago.I put a new alternator, voltage regulator, plugs, plug wires, and cap and rotor. New battery last winter.I have changed the oil in it my self multiple times but dont have records to show. It does puff a little smoke and i was considering doing a valve job but decided that i could live with it for a while. I think someone put an aftermarket carb on it, Edelbrock i think, and needs to be tuned cause sometimes it sticks and needs a few cranks to get started on cold mornings. The tires have plenty of tread on them but starting to see a bit of sun damage since this is not my primary vehicle, and no spare came with it, 8 lug pattern. But overall I love this truck. I really hate to have to sell it. Its strong and heavy and actually drives in the snow fairly well with weight in the back. Would make an awsome farm truck or would be nice to fix up if you had the time..a hammer on the body panels might pop a few dents out! The odometer says 70k on it but it doesnt roll over to the hundreds. Could have 170k but i have no way of knowing. Comes with factory camper cap, unless you dont want it, shown in pictures.
