I purchased the vehicle in 2011 from a seller in Pennsylvania. According to Carfax I am the third owner of vehicle. The second owner was a very small dealer in PA. The vehicle was delivered to me in Washington by a professional car carrier. Carfax does not reflect any accidents or damage to the vehicle. Since purchasing the vehicle I have driven it less than 1000 miles. I have five other vehicles and since I drive it very little I have decided to sell the Geo. The only thing I did following purchase was change oil (synthetic), replace the radio and replace the rear trunk struts or compression braces that hold up the trunk when it is open. Since I purchased it, the vehicle has been stored inside. I am not a collector. To my knowledge the paint is original and the car does not need to be repainted. I believe the top is also original. It shows some wear but does not have any tears. The dash is not damaged and the interior is in very good condition. There are no missing buttons or cranks. The tires have significant tread. The vehicle is a 5-speed and gets approximately 45 mpg. To my knowledge the mileage is accurate. There is no rust or body damage. Geo Metro convertibles are getting harder to find, especially in the shape this one is in. This is not a project car. A payment of a $750 deposit is due within 48 hours from the end of the auction. This is to be paid thru Paypal. The remainining balance will be due within 3 days unless other arrangements are made. Any payment by check will require payment to clear before the vehicle is shipped and/or title is released. The vehicle can be picked-up / shipped once payment in full is received and cleared. Then I will immediately send title to owner. I am willing to assist the buyer with any shipping arrangements on my end; however all shipping / pick-up and associated costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. The vehicle is sold "as is - where is" and with no warranty.
