Thank you for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is a nearly new 2011 Honda Foreman TRX500FPMB 500cc, Power steering, 4x4 Utility ATV. The Foreman line is Honda's "Work Horse" line of ATV's. It is one of the most dependable ATV's ever made and they literally last a lifetime. It starts with the 500 class, four stroke engine. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. Power Steering is hands down the best option on this Foreman. Trust me once you ride an ATV with Power Steering you will never want to be without it again. This Foreman is the foot shift version. Foot shift in my opinion is the best because it is easy to use and you have no worry of electronics failing or drive belts that slip or break. These late model Foreman models can be taken in and out of 4 wheel drive simply by flipping a switch. Of course digital instrumentation, racks and a trailer hitch are standard equipment. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on and ride every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. If you want an excellent ATV to hunt, work or play and bring you a lifetime of enjoyment, this is definitely the machine for you. This Foreman has several really nice added accessories. If you purchased these accessories separately it would cost you well over $1,000. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in amazing used condition. It has 200 original miles and 40 miles on it. This machine was a local trade. The customer that traded this in bought it brand new and it never left his personal farm. It was never trail ridden and is literally in new condition. The engine is perfect and fires immediately as soon as you hit the button . The chassis and suspension are in perfect shape with nothing damaged, bent or broken. It revs perfectly and pulls hard with no misses, noises, leaks or smoke. The brakes all function perfectly and the suspension is nice and tight with no play in the wheel bearings, tie-rod ends, etc. The wheels are in nice shape and the original tires are still almost perfect 95+%. A new one just like this would set you back around $7,500. This one looks new, runs excellent and is a chance to get everything you want at a great price. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington, KY and 75 miles South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check, or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax.(Except in West Virginia) We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. You are welcome to inspect it as long and well as you like before finalizing the deal, but it is used and sells as-is. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
