This will make someone a very nice truck to either make there own and restore it or to just put it together and drive it as is. i bought this truck with every intention on restoring it, i already ordered all my parts and everything for it but due to my current employment situation i am having to sell it, i don't want to and this is the last thing to sell i already sold everything else. this is a rare hard to find 1948 GMC 5 window deluxe cab. the whole truck is pretty much there. i replace the frame with a c10 frame. it has already been stripped and repainted, there is already cab mounts for the cab, already has motor mounts as i have a 350 setting in it. the 350 was just rebuilt has new camshaft lifters rods was putting it back together and was adjusting the valves is were i left off.. has elderbrock torker 2 intake and edelbrock 4 barrel carb on it. the mote it self i run the numbers it's a 72 and in 72 they made two different 350's on which is like 175 horse and one that is 250 i think give or take a few, but this is the good one 4 bolt main the numbers are on it and you can look it up yourself if you don't believe me. has flywheel torque converter and 350 trans. has 10 bolt rear end basically all you need is a drive shaft and connect little thins fuel tank brake lines pedal etc. i love this truck and i tried to take as many pictures as i could if you have any questions please feel free to ask i have this truck for sale locally and reserve the right to end at any time. also have title in hand so thre truck does come with a title On Mar-27-13 at 20:48:20 PDT, seller added the following information:the title for the truck is for the 48 body not for the frame. also the truck has the factory gas tank under the bed not like the others with it in the cab, it has never been shave and relocated it was factory which is even harder to find
