1965 Volkswagen Shorty Kombi Bus. Has bench seat up front and dual bucket seats in rear. No walk through from front to back. Rear of bucket seats is large powerful amplified stereo system. Special power battery cut off switch due to stereo system. Nice stereo as well as CD player combination. The bus has had the width of the rear or left side door width removed. The work was performed so well there are no seams visible on the bus. It was actually examined by engineers and bought off as well done with no integrity issues. It has chrome wheels and hub caps with new tires. Also installed is a special tow hitch used to tow Volkswagen Bugs as well as small trailers. It also has the 4 prong tow light connection. It drives well and gets lots of stares and peace signs form the older crowd and retired hippies. It is a joy to drive and you will enjoy it greatly. 4 speed manual transmission with 1600 CC engine with new carburetor and distributor without points. Special exhaust and sound great.
